Key Informants Speak

The National Volunteer Engagement Task Force has just interviewed 29 leaders in the MS Society (August and early September, 2013).  Participants were asked about:

• the current 'state of voluntarism' in the Society
• issue and concerns needing attention
• potential strategies to enhance volunteer engagement
• the amount of change required and the organization's readiness to invest
• the kinds of information/questions that might be included in the upcoming National Volunteer Survey.
